When TIPTOE approached me for this collaboration, I knew right away that I wanted to focus on one of the moments I treasure the most - and one that has become so hard to find lately due to how much time we spend online, on our phones, and in the digital world.
TIPTOE’s beautiful, timeless furniture inspired me to portray a peaceful scene: a rainy summer night, unhurried, with endless time to dedicate to drawing and imagination, stepping away from the need for immediacy. This piece is an invitation to reconnect with a slower pace, to look inward, and to create things truly from the heart.
Inside the Illustration: Personal Inspirations To bring this scene to life, I filled the space with elements that define my world and my creative journey here in Berlin—the incredible city where I’ve been living for the past six years, the one that changed my life and inspires me day after day.
Every detail in the room tells a story:
The Soundscape: Music is always by my side; it’s an essential part of my daily life and a huge source of inspiration. My vinyl records are my ultimate treasure, and listening to them instantly takes me back to my teenage years.
The Bauhaus Poster: This is a nod to design history that I deeply identify with, connecting me straight back to my university days when I was studying design in Argentina.
The Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Poster: An anime I discovered quite recently that brought back a huge spark of the imagination I thought I’d somewhat lost.
